David Maudry and his wife Shirley, decided to create the MAISON LISPAUL named in honor of their children Lison and Paul-Henri.
Our vineyard is located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation in Tracy sur Loire. The vines are planted on a declassified parcel of Pouilly Fume (3ha) exclusively on clay and limestone soils, southwest exposure.
VINEYARD
All the soils are cultivated with respect of environment: sustainable agriculture with hand harvest followed by hand sorting on platform.
Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon blanc

Our wine is vinified and aged in thermo-regulated stainless steel tank. Bottled throughout the year, our wine is available in 75cl
